Event Description

This is an OPEN EVENT (All Nationalities are WELCOME), please bring your family & friends together to celebrate the festival of lights. 

IAD mission is to create positive relations and better cultural awareness between Indian, Danish and International expats inhabitants - All are welcome to join the event.

Diwali is all about coming together and celebrating happy moments with everyone.

We cordially invite you to join Diwali 'i' Danmark - festival of lights on 22nd October 2022 in Vejle.

We request you to sign up for the event before 16th October 2022.

Highlights of the event include - get to taste Various Cuisines from different parts of India. Cultural Activities from Adults and Kids. 

ENTRY FEE: DIWALI event registration is based on *Dynamic Ticket Pricing*. Meaning, every 10 days, the ticket price increases. The sooner you register, the SAVE MONEY!!!

Kids below 5 years FREE. All Entries Require Prior Registration, NO Registration at the Entrance! 
(Entry fee should be paid Online)

You can choose and pay for food from different stalls. Payment mode at Stalls: MobilePay and Cash.

PROGRAMME SCHEDULE (subject to change):
16:30 – 17:00: Welcome
17:00 – 17:30: Diwali Inauguration – Introduction and Networking
17:30 – 19:00: Cultural Activities
19:00 – 19:30: Group Photo
19:00 – 20:30: Dinner (Food Stalls - you choose and pay)
20:30 – 21:00: Word of Thank You

  • IAD welcomes volunteers, participants for cultural events(viz. dancing, singing).

Note: There is no longer a requirement to display the corona pass when you visit. However, if any updates from government officals we inform you.

Cancellation: You can cancel the tickets and get refund money until 16th October 2022. After 16th October 2022, no cancellation allowed.
