This is an OPEN EVENT (All Nationalities are WELCOME), please bring your family & friends together to celebrate the festival of lights. 

IAD mission is to create positive relations and better cultural awareness between Indian, Danish and International expat inhabitants - All are welcome to join the event. Marking this year is very special, its our community official celebrations with 10 years anniversary.

Diwali is all about coming together and celebrating happy moments with everyone.

We cordially invite you to join Diwali 'i' Danmark - festival of lights on 18th October 2025 in Vejle.

We request you to sign up for the event before 12th October 2025.

Highlights of the event include - get to taste Various Cuisines from different parts of India. Cultural Activities from Adults and Kids. 

ENTRY FEE: DIWALI event registration is based on *Dynamic Ticket Pricing*. Meaning, every 15 days, the ticket price increases. The sooner you register, the SAVE MONEY!!!

Kids below 5 years FREE. All Entries Require Prior Registration, NO Registration at the Entrance! 
(Entry fee should be paid Online)

You can choose and pay for food from different stalls. Payment mode at Stalls: MobilePay and Cash.PROGRAMME SCHEDULE (subject to change):
16:00 – 16:30: Welcome & Networking
16:30 – 17:00: Chief Guest & Speech
17:00 – 17:30: IAD & about Diwali
17:30 – 20:30: Cultural Activities
17:30 – 20:30: Food Stalls - you choose and pay
20:30 – 21:00: Word of Thank You

Food/Non-Food Stalls and Cultural Activites: 
  • IAD welcomes volunteers, participants for cultural events both kids and adults (viz. dancing, singing) - please write to us indianassociationofdenmark@gmail.com
  • If you would like to keep a Food/Book/Games/Cultural stall at the event - registration will open from 1st September 2025.

*FIVE individual entries only and will be choosen via lucky draw during the event. Entry fee will be refunded.

Cancellation: You can cancel the tickets and get refund money until 30th September 2025. After 30th September 2025, no cancellation allowed.
